Pork Chops With Mushroom Soup
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 10 min. Cook: 1 Hour
MAKES: 6 servings
- 6 Pork Chops
- 2 (15 ounce) cans mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 chopped up onion
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup of chopped mushroom
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Salt to taste
Brown Pork Chops then combine mixture in baking dish and bake at 350 Degrees for 45 minutes.
Steam 2 cups of rice in 3 cups of water.
Place Pork Chops and sauce on top of rice and serve with green beans.
